Retiree Information– New Digital Enrollment Platform

As we navigate together this “new normal” we have moved to a new digital enrollment platform. It is crucial that we have an accurate email address for you to receive regular, time-sensitive information.

  • If we have your email address on file, an electronic fillable PDF enrollment package has been emailed to you.
  • If we don’t have an email address on file, an enrollment package was mailed to your home address.
  • If your email address has changed or if you have not previously provided one, we encourage you to provide us the information at this time by sending us an email to MDCPSRetiree@fbmc.com to update our records. Please include your name and employee number.

To support, guide and assist you with this new digital enrollment platform, we will be providing telephonic and virtual enrollment assistance with a Benefits Representative.
